Terms of Sale

1. Parties

1.2. Buyer (Consumer)
A customer is someone who makes online purchases through the Rugs United website ( https://www.rugsunited.com.tr) and accurately fills out their identity, contact, and delivery information on the order form and payment page.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Distance Sales Agreement is the sale and delivery of the products, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, ordered by the Buyer electronically from the Seller's website, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Product(s) Subject to the Contract

The type, kind, quantity, brand/model, sales price, payment method, and delivery information of the products are selected by the Buyer and specified in the order form. This form and payment confirmation are an integral part of this agreement.

4. Product Delivery

4.1. The ordered products will be shipped to the delivery address specified by the Buyer within a maximum of 5 (five) business days from the Seller's confirmation of the order.

4.2. The Seller's shipping provider is MNG Kargo / Aras Kargo , and delivery times may vary depending on the city and address.

4.3. Shipping costs are charged to the Buyer either free of charge or as a "fixed shipping fee," according to the campaign terms and conditions stated on the website.

4.4. If the product packaging is damaged or torn during delivery, it is recommended that the Buyer refuse delivery and have the courier prepare a damage report .

5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery of the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to notify the Seller in writing within this period via email ( info@rugsunited.com) or through the “Return Request Form” on the website.

5.3. When exercising the right of withdrawal:

• The product must be returned to the Seller in the condition in which it was received (in its original packaging, with the label intact, unused).
• Return address: Başpınar (Organized) Industrial Zone, OSB 3rd Region, Mehmet Batallı Blvd. No:91/5, Şehitkamil / GAZİANTEP
• Return shipping costs within Türkiye are covered by the seller.

5.4. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, washed, personalized, or damaged before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

5.5. After the returned product reaches the Seller, the product price will be refunded via the payment method used by the Buyer during the purchase, within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days .

6. Situations Where the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply

The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for the following products:

• Carpets that are produced according to the buyer's request or cut to personal measurements,
• Due to hygiene regulations, products such as bathroom mats cannot be returned.
• Goods that become mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated.

7. Payment and Billing

7.1. The buyer makes a secure payment via credit card or debit card through the PayTR payment infrastructure during the ordering process.
7.2. After order confirmation is received, the product price will be collected and an e-invoice will be sent to the email address specified by the Buyer.
7.3. Prices include VAT.
7.4. All product prices are in Turkish Lira (₺).

8. Delivery Costs and Time

8.1. Products are shipped within 3 business days, depending on stock availability.
8.2. Shipping costs are clearly stated on the product page or in the shopping cart.
8.3. For products marked "Free Shipping," the shipping cost is covered by the Seller.

9. Product Defects and Warranty

9.1. If the delivered product is found to be defective or faulty, the Buyer is obliged to notify the Seller within 14 days.
9.2. The seller is obligated to replace the defective product with a new one or to issue a refund.
9.3. Deformations caused by user error, and cleaning or washing procedures contrary to the instructions for use are not covered by the warranty.

10. Protection of Personal Data

10.1. Personal data shared by the buyer during the shopping process is processed in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) for the purpose of fulfilling the order and carrying out customer service.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1. In case of disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts announced by the Ministry of Trade shall have jurisdiction.
11.2. The parties agree that the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Gaziantep Province and Şehitkamil District shall have jurisdiction.

12. Entry into force

The buyer acknowledges and agrees that they have read, understood, and electronically approved all the terms and conditions of this agreement before confirming their order on the site.
The contract enters into force as soon as the order is confirmed.
