3. Sale Price, Taxes and Additional Charges

• The sales price of the products is in Turkish Lira (₺) and includes VAT .
• The total order price will be displayed as a net amount on the payment screen after deducting the product price + shipping cost (if any) + any discounts or promotions.
• Shipping is free on selected products or during promotions; otherwise, the shipping cost will be added to the order total.

4. Payment Method

• Payments are securely processed via credit card or debit card through the PayTR infrastructure.
• Payment transactions are protected by the 3D Secure system.
• Once payment confirmation is received, the e-invoice will be sent to the Buyer's email address.

5. Delivery and Shipping Information

• Products will be shipped within a maximum of 5 (five) business days from order confirmation.
• Shipping companies: MNG Kargo / Aras Kargo.
• Delivery time may vary depending on the distance between cities/districts.
• If damaged packaging is discovered upon delivery, a report should be filed with the delivery person and the product should not be accepted.
• For orders with free shipping, the shipping fee is covered by the seller.

6. Right of Withdrawal

• The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product without giving any reason.
• To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified in writing via email ( info@rugsunited.com ) or through the return form on the website within this period.
• Products returned under the right of withdrawal must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Return shipping costs within Türkiye are covered by the seller.

7. Situations Where the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply

• Carpets that are produced or customized according to the buyer's request or personal measurements,
• Products such as bathroom mats that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons,
• The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that, after delivery, may be mixed with other products and cannot be separated.

8. Delivery Costs and Liability

• Shipping costs for product delivery are clearly shown during the order process.
• If any damage or missing items are discovered in the product upon delivery, the Buyer must immediately notify the Seller.
• The seller will replace defective or damaged products with new ones free of charge.

• Personal data shared during the shopping process is processed in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) for the purposes of order fulfillment and customer service.

The buyer declares that they have read and understood this Preliminary Information Form electronically, that they have received all the information stated in the form, and that they accept it before placing their order.
Confirmation of the order by the buyer means acceptance of the Distance Selling Agreement electronically.
